At Trailberg, we want you to be fully satisfied with your technical gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all items in original condition. Whether you need a different size or a full refund, our streamlined process ensures you get back to your training as quickly as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Gear

  Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into their original packaging to ensure the product remains protected during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point; you will receive a confirmation email once our warehouse team has processed your refund or exchange.
